UT Knoxville has signed a new six-year master research agreement with Eastman, deepening a decade-long collaboration for developing innovative technologies.

Felicia Tan returned to Knoxville after living in Indonesia to pursue an engineering degree at UT. She worked nearly 80 hours a week to afford college and is now spending the second straight summer as an intern at Eastman Chemical Company.

The partnership between CBE and Eastman Chemical Co. over the past decade has positively impacted faculty, students, and spaces on campus.
